A comprehensive back office system ensures that the portal is really easy to use. The portal is free to all members of The Publishers Association, and publishers who are not members may wish to consider joining, in order to have free access to this valuable resource.
Non-member UK publishers will be charged the following annual licence fee, based on turnover:

| Up to £1,000,000 | £495 + VAT |
| £1,000,001 - £5,000,000 | £995 + VAT |
| £5,000,001 - £10,000,000 | £1,995 + VAT |
| Over £10,000,001 | £2,995 + VAT |
| Additional user licence | £495 + VAT |
